Processing time

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days once your payment is confirmed. Our workers are busy checking and packing your items. In case your ordered product is out of stock, please allow us 2-5 days to make and re-stock it for you. 

Once we get your order shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Any order under $800 is not subject to customs duties and taxes. If your order is over $800, we recommend splitting it into several orders, otherwise duties may be applied.

NOTE: Delivery time can be affected by many factors that are beyond our control. Your order may arrive earlier or later than the general shipping time. During the global pandemic in particular, your order may take longer than expected to arrive.

1. How do I keep the knife in its best condition？

Hand-wash your knife with soap and warm water right after use and dry it completely with a soft towel.
Apply food-grade oil to the blade periodically, especially if you won't use your knife in a day or two.
Store your knife using a magnetic knife strip or a wooden knife block.
Use knife sheaths to protect the blades if you are keeping your knives in a drawer.
Sharpen your knife by hand once it lost its edge. Whetstones are most recommended to revive your knives.

3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.
